Probably my favorite recurring character from 2D Glasses.
Frankenstein’s monster, done up in 2D Glasses style (except the eyes, i liked the beady eyes better for this one).
We considered adding another female character to the 2DG roster. She’ll be a no-nonsense, grizzled, concession stand cashier. Lost an eye, maybe some scars. Not sure what she’ll look like yet, though.
Here’s a rough sketch from the latest 2DG comic. Apparently, Wolverine is the most recurring character that we didn’t make up ourselves (Bad Idea Guy, Bert and I have more).
Felty is a puppet cashier, and corporate shill, in the 2D-Glasses universe.
The last month in the Geek Calendar is Dentcember, named for Arthur Dent and the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
Seemed wrong to have DC represented (Batmay) but not Marvel, so here’s Wolvember taking the place of November in the Geek Calendar. Go, Wolverine, go!
October? No! Doctober! Get your sonic screwdrivers ready for a wibbly wobbly, timey-wimey month!
September = Spocktember. Fascinating. I don’t think he’s familiar with the human tradition of jumping into piles of leaves. I mean, they’re just cast-offs to allow the tree to conserve energy during winter, right? Go ahead an enjoy the month when it rolls around, as illogical as that may be. 🙂
Drawing the summer months makes me miss warm weather! Here’s Smaugust. The month where dragons and halflings can put aside their differences and have tea.
